Lieutenant Bouali Earns Second-Degree Diver Certificate in Kyrgyzstan

An Algerian Civil Protection representative successfully completed a specialized international diving training course held in Kyrgyzstan. The program, supervised by the International Civil Protection and Civil Defense Organization, concluded with the Algerian participant, Lieutenant First Class Bouali Houssam Saif Eddine, earning a second-degree diver certificate.
Lieutenant First Class Bouali demonstrated exceptional skill throughout the training, successfully navigating all stages and required tests. His achievement is particularly notable as he was among only four divers to successfully complete the rigorous program and obtain the advanced second-degree certification. The course's conclusion was attended by the Organization's International Relations Delegate and the Head of the Training Center.
Algeria's participation and outstanding performance in this international event underscore the growing capabilities of its Civil Protection units and their commitment to specialized training. This success highlights Algeria's active role in international cooperation initiatives aimed at enhancing emergency response and civil defense expertise on a global scale.
