Over the years, it transitioned from traditional instruments like the <em>qasba<\/em> and <em>gellal<\/em> to incorporating modern instruments such as violins, accordions, and flutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The Oran song has always reflected Algeria&#8217;s cultural depth and history, blending ancient poetry with contemporary expressions,&#8221; Bouali remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Tribute to Icons of Oran Music<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The opening night featured performances by prominent Oran artists and paid tribute to two legendary figures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Abdallah Ben Ahmed<\/strong>, a musician who collaborated with renowned artists Ahmed Wahby and Blaoui Houari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bouzed El Haj<\/strong>, a specialist in traditional Bedouin songs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The festival, which runs for five days under the theme <strong>\u201cOur Heritage \u2013 Our Identity,\u201d<\/strong> will include diverse nightly performances.
