A salute of respect to all vigilant eyes, especially those safeguarding our borders. Happy New Year to you all.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The President also extended warm wishes to members of other security and regulatory forces, stating:<br>&#8220;My heartfelt greetings to all members of the National Gendarmerie, police officers, security agents, civil protection personnel, and customs officers on the arrival of the New Year 2025. May you always remain in good health and prosperity, God willing.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, President Tebboune addressed Algeria\u2019s healthcare workers, commonly referred to as the \u201cWhite Army,\u201d saying:<br>&#8220;I wish a happy new year filled with health and safety to the White Army of Algeria, including all health sector workers and paramedical personnel.
