The event took place at the National Assembly headquarters in Caracas, as indicated in a statement issued by the Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the ceremony, President Nicol\u00e1s Maduro received the presidential sash and necklace from Jorge Rodr\u00edguez, the President of the National Assembly, before taking the oath and signing the official constitutional document confirming his inauguration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his speech at the close of the ceremony, President Maduro outlined key reforms he plans to implement during his 2025-2031 term.
