The release of 200 prisoners, including 80 exiled detainees, is planned as part of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hamas Prisoner Affairs Office and the Palestinian Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees announced the second list of prisoners freed in the first phase of the exchange deal. The list includes prisoners serving life sentences or long-term imprisonment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notable Releases and Key Figures<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The list features 70 prisoners who have been exiled.
