The meeting, attended by the Secretary-General of the province, relevant executive directors, public institution officials, and provincial staff, focused on accelerating the completion of key roadworks, according to a statement from the provincial authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Road Projects Underway<\/strong><br>During the meeting, the Director of Public Works presented an overview of major road projects currently in progress. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>National Road No. 38<\/strong>: Connecting Constantine Bridge to El Harrach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provincial Road No. 111<\/strong>: Linking the municipalities of Ch\u00e9raga and Ain Benian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dualization of the Road in the Tourist Zone<\/strong>: Between Sidi Fredj and the Mazafran Tourist Complex.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olympic Complex Link Road<\/strong>: Connecting the Mohamed Boudiaf Olympic Complex to the Second Ring Road via Draria and El Achour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hammisi Road in Z\u00e9ralda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>National Road No. 36<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second Phase of the Jenan Safari Project<\/strong>: From National Road No. 01 in Bir Khadem to Sahoula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provincial Road No. 111<\/strong>: Linking Baba Hassan to Sahoula (Southern Entrance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The presentation also highlighted projects that have yet to commence, which are funded by both the state and provincial budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Governor\u2019s Directives to Accelerate Progress<\/strong><br>Following the presentation, Governor Rabhi issued a series of instructions aimed at expediting the completion of these projects. He emphasized the need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work in three shifts (24\/7) to speed up construction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobilize all necessary resources to ensure timely delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove any obstacles delaying the implementation of pending road projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The governor also stressed the importance of reducing project timelines, particularly for large-scale initiatives that will significantly improve traffic flow and enhance the daily lives of citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting underscored the provincial government\u2019s commitment to addressing traffic congestion in Algiers through strategic infrastructure development.
