The visit aimed to review the organizational structure and management strategies of this institution as part of his official trip to <strong>Spain<\/strong>, following an invitation from his Spanish counterpart, according to a statement from the Algerian ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statement further noted that <strong>Mourad<\/strong> was accompanied by <strong>Ali Badaoui<\/strong>, Director General of National Security, and <strong>Boualem Boughelaf<\/strong>, Director General of Civil Protection. The Algerian delegation received detailed briefings on modern mechanisms used in <strong>traffic management<\/strong>, legal and technical solutions, and advanced technologies employed to enhance <strong>road safety<\/strong> and combat traffic-related insecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussions also focused on strengthening <strong>bilateral cooperation<\/strong> and exchanging expertise between the two ministries.
