The initiative aims to <strong>strengthen parliamentary cooperation<\/strong> between Algeria and Oman while fostering traditions of dialogue and the exchange of expertise between the two countries\u2019 legislative institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, Mr. Naceri praised the <strong>\u201csolidity of Algerian-Omani relations, marked by mutual respect, understanding, and coordination, in addition to a shared civilizational and historical heritage, as well as the strong political will of both leaders \u2014 President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Sultan Haitham bin Tariq \u2014 to enhance bilateral cooperation and build an excellent strategic partnership that serves the interests of the two brotherly peoples.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The head of the Council of the Nation also underlined the importance of <strong>parliamentary relations in supporting the political and economic dimensions of cooperation<\/strong>, stressing that the exchange of administrative and legislative experiences between parliaments represents a key factor in improving institutional performance and strengthening the quality of legislative work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statement further highlighted that the Omani administrative delegation held a working session with their Algerian counterparts, during which they were presented with a comprehensive overview of the functioning of the Council\u2019s directorates and services.
