This measure comes as part of the implementation of the <strong>seven newly created administrative districts in the High Plateaus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the ministry\u2019s statement, the new administrative districts include <strong>Aflou, Barika, Ksar Chellala, Messaad, Ain Oussera, Boussaada, and El Bayadh Sidi Sheikh<\/strong>. Recruitment will be carried out through <strong>competitions based on academic qualifications<\/strong>, ensuring opportunities for professionals in architecture, housing, and urban development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidacy for these positions is reserved for residents of municipalities belonging to the concerned administrative districts. Applicants are required to submit their files at the <strong>local administration directorates<\/strong> of the wilayas overseeing these districts, namely Laghouat, Batna, Tiaret, Djelfa, M\u2019sila, and El Bayadh.
