The articles, authored by international experts in the field, cover a range of topics related to the applications of artificial intelligence in various sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The translations were carried out by members of the Academy\u2019s translation committee \u2014 Omar Lahcen, Saleh Khanour, Taher Loucif, and Souhila Mribai \u2014 alongside AI specialist Rami Bououdhen, under the supervision of committee chairwoman Saida Kahil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Academy, the book aims to <strong>bridge the knowledge gap<\/strong> between global scientific output and what is accessible to Arabic readers. By making the latest developments in AI available in Arabic, the initiative seeks to <strong>empower local researchers, students, and professionals<\/strong> to engage with cutting-edge technologies in a language they master, enhancing their ability to adapt these innovations to Algeria\u2019s socio-economic context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 360-page book inaugurates the Academy\u2019s new series <em>\u201cCorridors of Science\u201d<\/em>. It includes diverse chapters such as <em>\u201cThe Historical Perspective and Foundational Challenges of Generative AI\u201d<\/em>, <em>\u201cAI in the Workplace: Human-Machine Collaboration\u201d<\/em>, and <em>\u201cCritical Approaches to AI Technologies in Interpretation and Translation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In its introduction, the Academy highlighted the decision to focus on artificial intelligence as a reflection of its <strong>pivotal role in shaping the digital era<\/strong>, with wide-ranging implications for education, healthcare, linguistic security, labor, mathematics, and ethics.
