He explained that such respect guarantees a balanced development model that combines authenticity with modernity, while strengthening the attractiveness of tourist destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa\u00efoud highlighted that the state has allocated substantial budgets for these urban enhancement programs, particularly in Naama province, which has immense historical and tourist assets. He noted that the optimal use of the region\u2019s cultural, environmental, and heritage resources will boost local investment, create leisure facilities for visitors, and generate employment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minister underlined that direct presence in the field and listening to citizens\u2019 concerns are vital for achieving sustainable development aligned with the expectations of the population. He added that this inspection visit is part of the ongoing efforts to monitor the pace of development projects aimed at improving living conditions, in line with the participatory governance approach set forth by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concluding his visit, Sa\u00efoud presided over the inauguration of a middle school named after \u201cMartyr Ben Gana Miloud\u201d and the new headquarters of the Tiout municipality, which includes various administrative services, a conference hall, and a biometric service center, enhancing the quality of public service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout his field tour, the minister listened to citizens and civil society representatives, assuring them of the state\u2019s full commitment to addressing developmental proposals that boost local progress.
