The document was handed over to the mosque\u2019s Dean, Sheikh Mohamed El-Mamoune El-Qacemi El-Hassani, during his meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Algeria, Mrs. Therese L\u00f8ken Gheziel.
