This tender aimed to ship a limited quantity to the same ports of Mostaganem and T\u00e9n\u00e8s. Prices for the barley feed ranged from $263 to $264.50 per ton, cost and freight included.<\/p>\n<p>Estimates suggest the barley feed tender targeted a nominal quantity of up to 50,000 tons. However, the stipulation requiring unloading at Mostaganem and\/or T\u00e9n\u00e8s indicates Algeria&#8217;s intention to secure only a limited volume.
