Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra has confirmed that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has proposed a partnership between the two countries in shipbuilding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The proposal came during a meeting between Lamamra and Erdogan in Ankara last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
