We are addressing this matter effectively, meeting the aspirations of our citizens.&#8221; The President also highlighted the near-complete reliance on Algerian expertise in the execution of housing projects, noting that project completion is now almost \u201cone hundred percent Algerian.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>President Tebboune also stressed the importance of preserving Constantine&#8217;s rich architectural and cultural heritage while simultaneously pursuing development projects.
