However, the opposite has occurred. We are addressing this issue effectively, meeting the aspirations of our citizens.&#8221; He also noted the increasing self-reliance in housing construction, stating that housing project implementation is now &#8220;almost entirely Algerian.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the President stressed the importance of preserving Constantine&#8217;s rich architectural and cultural heritage alongside ongoing development initiatives.
