Constantine, Algeria<\/strong> \u2013 President Abdelmadjid Tebboune today laid the foundation stone for a major housing project in Constantine, signaling a significant step in the government’s commitment to providing affordable housing for its citizens. The project, comprising 8,050 units under the AADL 3 (location-sale) program, is located in the new urban hub of Sissaoui.<\/p>\n

The launch ceremony underscores the government’s focus on addressing housing needs and improving living standards across the country. The AADL (National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development) program is a key initiative designed to provide subsidized housing to eligible Algerians through a rent-to-own scheme.<\/p>\n

During the visit, President Tebboune also reviewed a report detailing the modernization plan for Constantine’s historic old city, along with ongoing development projects in the region. A presentation on the local housing sector and its digitization process was also presented to the President.<\/p>\n
