{"id":2484,"date":"2023-10-03T19:07:28","date_gmt":"2023-10-03T18:07:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dzwatch.net\/?p=2484"},"modified":"2026-09-04T00:42:38","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T23:42:38","slug":"boughali-applauds-key-decisions-made-by-the-president","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dzwatch.dz\/?p=2484","title":{"rendered":"Boughali Applauds Key Decisions Made by the President"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a recent plenary session at the National People&#8217;s Assembly (APN) focused on presenting and debating the 2023 supplementary budget law, Mr. Boughali emphasized that &#8220;the measures and provisions taken by the President of the Republic during the last Council of Ministers meeting, held last Sunday, are aimed at safeguarding public funds without compromising citizens&#8217; livelihoods, protecting purchasing power, and regulating and rationalizing the import process.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President of the APN also commended &#8220;the invaluable directions provided by the President of the Republic to support farmers, given the climatic conditions and the consequences of drought, which necessitated government intervention.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding recent warnings from the <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-external\" data-dzsl=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.education.gov.dz\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Ministry of National Education<\/a> about some individuals not adhering to the curriculum set by the ministry, Mr. Boughali expressed support for &#8220;any measures that enforce strict compliance with the applicable laws and the necessity of adhering to the Ministry of National <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-external\" data-dzsl=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.org\/en\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Education<\/a>&#8216;s curriculum, regardless of the reasons for deviation.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Boughali underscored, in this regard, that &#8220;no one is above the law in <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-internal\" data-dzsl=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/dzwatch.dz\/?cat=1\">Algeria<\/a>,&#8221; and he added that any attempt to operate outside the legal framework would ultimately fail.
