Luanda, Angola \u2013 Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Attaf represented Algeria at the opening session of the 7th African Union-European Union Summit in Luanda, Angola, on Monday. Attaf attended on behalf of the President of the Republic.<\/p>\n
