Belaili, currently recovering from a knee injury while playing for Esp\u00e9rance Sportive de Tunis, shared a unique perspective on his time with the Algerian national team. He emphasized the joy of qualifying for the World Cup after the heartbreak of the Cameroon match: \u201cWe made the Algerian people happy\u2026 and our goal is to enter the African Cup of Nations with a strong mentality.\u201d<\/p>\n

Belaili also touched upon his strong connection with Baghdad Bounedjah, explaining their seamless understanding on the field due to their years of playing together since youth.
