The Director-General of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (ADDL), Mr. Riad Gamdani, presided over the cornerstone laying ceremony for the construction of 1,000 ADDL 3 housing units in Boulhaf Dyr, Tebessa, earlier today.<\/p>\n<p>During his address, Mr. Gamdani stated that all companies entrusted with the construction of the 46,000 ADDL 3 housing units nationwide have been officially installed. He emphasized that these site visits are part of an ongoing effort to monitor the implementation of the agency&#8217;s roadmap and ensure the project&#8217;s success.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Gamdani further assured that all construction materials used in the ADDL 3 project will be 100% Algerian-made, supporting local industries and creating employment opportunities.
