The groundbreaking ceremony, held earlier today, was attended by the Director-General of AADL, Riadh Gueddami, and the Governor of Laghouat, Mohamed Benmalek.<\/p>\n<p>The project, located in the upper region of Laghouat municipality, will consist of 1150 housing units, divided into three segments: 650, 350 and 150 units respectively. This initiative aims to address the growing demand for affordable housing in the region.<\/p>\n<p>This project follows President Abdelmadjid Tebboune\u2019s initial launch of the AADL 3 program, with several similar projects already underway in other provinces.
