The online portal opened following the initial announcement in the print media.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants are required to register and submit their documents through the National Office for Examinations and Competitions&#8217; digital platform. The Ministry emphasized that the entire process, from application to final ranking, will be managed through the Ministry&#8217;s information system.
