The initiative, outlined in the 2025 and 2026 finance laws, aims to construct half a million homes under the AADEL (Agence d&#8217;Am\u00e9lioration et de D\u00e9veloppement du Logement) rent-to-own scheme.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mohamed Merdjani, Director-General of Housing at the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, the AADEL 3 program is specifically designed to cater to the needs and preferences of Algerian citizens, taking into account the unique traditions, characteristics, and architectural styles of each region. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are working to create new urban hubs by strategically locating AADEL 3 housing projects,\u201d Merdjani stated.
