This represents a 26 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to the Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, Kamal Rezig.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister presented these figures during a meeting with the Economic Affairs, Development, Industry, Trade, and Planning Committee of the People&#8217;s National Assembly, chaired by Samira Barhoum. Rezig emphasized that the results achieved in non-oil exports are the best compared to the same period in the past two years, reflecting a tangible improvement in the sector&#8217;s performance.<\/p>\n<p>The monthly export trend throughout the past year showed a clear upward trajectory. Exports increased from $296 million in January, a 12 percent decrease compared to January 2024, to $452 million in October, a 42 percent increase compared to the same month the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation highlighted July as the most active month for non-hydrocarbon exports during this period, reaching $490 million.
