President Donald Trump’s motorcade took an altered route to Palm Beach International Airport in Florida yesterday, Sunday, due to a ‘suspicious object’ discovered during pre-arrival security sweeps, according to the White House.<\/p>\n
The nature of the object was not specified by White House officials. When questioned by reporters about the incident, President Trump stated, ‘I don’t know anything about it.’<\/p>\n
Despite the discovery, the change in route did not disrupt the President’s travel schedule. The motorcade was rerouted along a more circuitous path to ensure a safe arrival at the airport.<\/p>\n
During the journey to the airport, motorcycle officers formed a rolling security perimeter around the Presidential motorcade. At one point, the officers nearly collided with support vehicles accompanying the President.<\/p>\n

This incident follows a previous security concern in October when the Secret Service discovered a suspicious sniper perch overlooking the area where President Trump was scheduled to disembark Air Force One at the same airport.
