During a press conference following the project’s endorsement, Baghija revealed that the bill, initially scheduled for delivery on October 7, was only submitted on October 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baghija emphasized the “sacrifices” made by the committee and deputies to discuss the Finance Bill within a tight deadline of only 47 days. He attributed the delay to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s meticulous attention to the bill, highlighting a ministerial committee’s reevaluation of key details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking about the bill, Baghija noted its social character, with 82% of its articles focusing on the social aspects pertinent to Algerians. The remaining 18% is dedicated to other investment areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
