In response, the authorities launched field investigations.<\/p>\n<p>After monitoring their criminal activities and movements, and following the completion of all legal procedures with the public prosecutor at the Arzew court, a plan was executed that led to their arrest. The suspects were caught in possession of psychotropic substances intended for sale.
