The United States Ambassador to Algeria has delivered a farewell message following the conclusion of her mission, expressing her gratitude to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and the Algerian people.<\/p>\n
Following her reception by the President yesterday, the Ambassador stated: “The Algerian people will always remain in my heart. Wherever I am and whatever my position, I will remain a friend of Algeria and will always strive to strengthen bilateral relations and consolidate the ties between the Algerian and American peoples.”<\/p>\n
Elizabeth Moore Aubin praised her professional experience in Algeria, describing it as “meaningful and productive.” She noted that this was not her first time in the country, having previously served as Deputy Chief of Mission from 2011 to 2014, during which she developed “deep feelings and a great love for this wonderful country.”<\/p>\n
Aubin expressed her deep admiration for Algeria, describing it as a “special country characterized by its cultural richness, generosity, and the noble character of its people.”<\/p>\n
She also highlighted the depth of Algerian-American relations, characterizing them as “strong, growing, and built on a foundation of shared values, goals, respect, and friendship.”<\/p>\n
