Boughali recalled Algeria’s painful past left by colonial mines, noting the country’s leadership in advocating for the prohibition and criminalization of mines.<\/p>\n
Boughali praised the People’s National Army’s success in removing millions of mines planted during the colonial era, clearing vast areas and transforming them into spaces for life.<\/p>\n
