Spain’s imports of Algerian crude oil and petroleum products soared to 116,000 barrels per day in April, up sharply from just 56,000 barrels recorded in March, dzwatch has learned.<\/p>\n
Despite this monthly spike, Algeria’s total oil exports to Spain in April 2026 remained below the 152,000 barrels per day recorded during the same month in 2025.<\/p>\n
Spain remains one of Algeria’s most strategic energy partners, absorbing 13% of Algeria’s total oil exports last month.
