Algeria’s Ministry of National Education has issued a detailed clarification outlining the conditions and procedures governing participation in the 2026 professional examinations.<\/p>\n

The Ministry confirmed exclusively to dzwatch<\/strong> that all registrations must be completed exclusively through the official digital platform at mowadaf.education.dz<\/a>. Grade promotions will strictly follow legally defined patterns within available positions, excluding grades nearing retirement.<\/p>\n

Employees must verify in advance that they meet both grade and seniority requirements before applying. The current grade must legally permit promotion to the targeted examination grade.<\/p>\n

Seniority calculations will combine experience from both the original and integration grades, including bonuses granted to workers in specific regions and national service credits where applicable.<\/p>\n
