Three nations have already approved new financial instruments since hostilities began on February 28, while others are still finalizing procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Officials from Kenya and Iraq confirmed to dzwatch they are seeking rapid World Bank support to cope with surging fuel prices and a dramatic collapse in oil revenues respectively.
