Algeria has been honored with the bronze 'Labaytum' award at Mecca, presented by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. This recognition celebrates the exceptional services provided by Algerian missions to pilgrims during the Hajj season 1447 H.<\/p>\n
The prestigious award ceremony, part of the 'Khetamouhou Misk' event marking the conclusion of the Hajj season, acknowledged Algeria's exemplary efforts in organizing and delivering services related to the Hajj rituals. The criteria for the award included the meticulous documentation of procedures, accommodation and catering contracts, internal and external transportation arrangements, and adherence to operational standards.<\/p>\n
"This distinction is a source of pride for Algeria," stated Youcef Belmehdi, Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments. "Thanks to the dedication of all mission members, the country has now secured a place on the awards podium for the third consecutive year."<\/p>\n
Minister Belmehdi attributed this success to the special attention and support provided by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, ensuring Algerian pilgrims have all necessary resources to perform their rites under optimal conditions. He also commended the mission members for reflecting an honorable image of Algeria and bringing joy to Algerian pilgrims through this achievement.<\/p>\n
