This practical measure, detailed in Executive Decree No. 25-54 of January 21, 2025, which outlines the general statute for national education personnel, is designed to ensure that teachers fulfill their weekly teaching hours and to maintain pedagogical balance. By reassigning surplus teachers, the ministry guarantees that schools experiencing staffing challenges receive the necessary support, preventing classrooms from being left without qualified instructors.<\/p>\n
The Ministry further highlighted that the creation of new positions within regional education directorates adheres to current legal texts and precise standards. These standards are geared towards ensuring adequate staffing levels to guarantee quality education for students. This proactive approach aims to avoid situations where classes lack pedagogical supervision.<\/p>\n
Educational institutions across all levels\u2014primary, middle, and secondary\u2014that are currently experiencing a shortage of teachers in various subjects and specializations will be adequately staffed. This process will be finalized at the beginning of the next academic year, 2026\/2027, following the announcement of successful candidates from the national recruitment competition based on qualifications for the rank of first-class teacher in 2025.<\/p>\n
