Algerian highway operator, Alg\u00e9rienne des Autoroutes (AADA), announced a temporary closure of the Hamdania tunnels on the North-South A1 highway. The affected section connects Hamdania and Chaffa.<\/p>\n
The closure, which impacts both directions of the tunnels, is scheduled for one hour to allow Sonelgaz technicians to repair a technical fault. Traffic will be rerouted via National Road No. 01 during this period. AADA emphasized that this measure is being taken to ensure the safety of road users.<\/p>\n
The maintenance is part of ongoing work on the Hamdania tunnels, a critical part of the A1 highway.<\/p>\n
