Algeria\u2019s Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, visited the Great Patriotic War Museum, also known as the Victory Museum, in the Belarusian capital Minsk on Thursday, marking the conclusion of his official visit to the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a statement issued by the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Attaf toured the museum and viewed a collection of historical documents, photographs, and exhibits commemorating the struggle and sacrifices of the Belarusian people during the Second World War.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the visit, museum officials provided the Algerian minister with detailed explanations about the major stages of Belarusian resistance and the country\u2019s struggle for liberation during the conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The exhibits highlighted the hardships endured by the Belarusian population, as well as the sacrifices made in defending and ultimately liberating their homeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Attaf\u2019s visit to the museum came at the end of an official trip to Belarus aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between Algiers and Minsk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
