Furthermore, the directives mandate that these institutions must mobilize appropriate resources to enhance client access to this type of financing, which is exclusively designated for the acquisition of goods produced or assembled in Algeria.<\/p>\n
The regulatory framework for consumer credit also includes specific conditions to protect households and support the national economy. Eligibility for these credits is reserved for resident nationals, and the products eligible must originate from companies engaged in production on national territory, producing or assembling goods for sale to individuals. To prevent over-indebtedness, the total monthly repayment amount for these credits cannot exceed 30% of regularly received net monthly income.
