Organized by the Ministry of Youth, this initiative aims to strengthen the connection of Algerian youth abroad with their homeland. The participants are scheduled to proceed to the "Princess' Palace" holiday and entertainment center in Bejaia.

The Ministry of Youth's media officer, Hussein Hani, highlighted the expansion of the diaspora camps. Previously limited to European countries, the program broadened its reach to include Tunisia last season and now Saudi Arabia this year. Hani further noted that another delegation of Algerian children from Tunisia is expected to join the program in the coming days, as part of the Ministry's strategy to extend the benefits to a wider range of diaspora members in future editions.

This initiative integrates children into various programs and activities designed for summer holidays, fostering a deeper sense of national identity. Several of the arriving children expressed considerable happiness about visiting Algeria, with some noting that this marks their first journey to their ancestral home.

The Algerian Ministry of Youth has launched a summer camp program for 22 children of the diaspora from Saudi Arabia.
