Algerian public energy company Sonatrach and Indonesian national company Pertamina are jointly investing over $800 million into the Menzel Ledjmet Nord (MLN) field, located within Block 405a. Current activities on Block 405a yield an annual production of around 2.11 billion cubic meters of gas and 5.37 million barrels of crude oil.
