Dr. Djoudi brings extensive academic and professional experience to her new role. After her medical training in Algeria, she pursued further studies in Quebec, earning a Master's degree in educational technology and a specialized postgraduate diploma from Laval University. Her career in Canada has included serving as interim coordinator for the National Health Training Consortium and as a learning development coordinator. Since 2007, she has also been a part-time professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa and has held leadership positions, including vice-president of the collegiate board at La Cit\u00e9 College. She also directs the francophone components of a nursing program transformation project.<\/p>\n
In her new capacity, Dr. Djoudi is tasked with launching the Montfort Community Family Health Team project, which aims to progressively care for 6,725 patients by the end of 2027, supported by an annual provincial investment of $2.4 million.
