The proposal aligns with national efforts and reflects President Abdelmadjid Tebboune&#39;s directives to establish a scientific and technical workshop dedicated to this phenomenon.<\/p>\n<p>The core philosophy of the proposed strategy transitions from reactive fire suppression to comprehensive, smart, and proactive management. It integrates various advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence for risk prediction, satellite imagery, and early detection sensors. The model emphasizes a multi-layered approach, combining forecasting, prevention, sensing, simulation, and professional response to build a robust national system.<\/p>\n<p>Key components of this intelligent system include establishing a national AI platform for fire risk prediction, developing multi-layered sensing and early detection systems, and deploying smart drone swarms for monitoring. It also encompasses creating digital twins of Algerian forests for simulation, implementing smart fuel management, predicting extreme fire behavior, and developing an AI-supported national smart evacuation system.
