These accords, formalized during a visit by an <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-external\" data-dzsl=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Special:Search?search=Alg%C3%A9rie%20T%C3%A9l%C3%A9com\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Alg\u00e9rie T\u00e9l\u00e9com<\/a> delegation, involve collaborations between Alg\u00e9rie T\u00e9l\u00e9com, Niger T\u00e9l\u00e9coms, and the Higher School of Electronic Communications and Post (ESCEP) in Niamey. The agreements were reportedly signed on September 8 by Amadou Abdou Abdourahamane, managing director of Niger T\u00e9l\u00e9com, and Amina Dahdouh, a representative of Alg\u00e9rie T\u00e9l\u00e9com.<\/p>\n<p>A central component of this partnership is the establishment of a 100 Gbit\/s fiber optic link connecting In Guezzam and Agadez. This new infrastructure is designed to enhance international capacity for Niger&#39;s network. Alg\u00e9rie T\u00e9l\u00e9com will provide the necessary transmission equipment and supply additional telecommunications equipment to improve connectivity between the two localities.<\/p>\n<p>Further advancing digital development, the agreements also include the creation of a &quot;Skills Center&quot; at ESCEP de Niamey. This facility is described as the first digital skills <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-internal\" data-dzsl=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/dzwatch.dz\/?p=70797\">training center<\/a> in Niger, intended to educate specialists in digital technologies.
