The discussions, which took place at the <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-external\" data-dzsl=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.industrie.gov.dz\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Ministry of Industry<\/a>, focused on accelerating the implementation procedures for the Baladna <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-internal\" data-dzsl=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/dzwatch.dz\/?cat=1\">Algeria<\/a> infant milk production project. Also in attendance were Nassima Arhab, Minister of Vocational Training and <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-external\" data-dzsl=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.org\/en\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Education<\/a>, the Qatari Ambassador to Algeria, Abdulaziz Ali Al-Naama, and other high-level representatives from both sides, including the Chairman of Baladna Algeria and the CEO of Madar Group.<\/p>\n<p>This strategic project is designed to address the national market&#39;s needs, boost local production capabilities, and significantly reduce the country&#39;s reliance on imported infant milk. Minister Kortel emphasized the Ministry of Industry&#39;s commitment to supporting the project and ensuring seamless coordination among all involved parties. The goal is to establish a balanced and mutually beneficial partnership that operates under optimal conditions.<\/p>\n<p>A key aspect of the initiative involves the vocational training and education sector, which will develop specialized programs tailored to the project&#39;s requirements. These programs are intended to qualify and provide a skilled Algerian workforce, meet the project&#39;s human resource needs, and enhance local integration.
