This significant output confirms the exceptional dynamism of Algerian Saharan<\/a> agriculture, with the emblematic Deglet Nour variety central to this abundance, solidifying its place as a cornerstone of the nation's agricultural heritage and export ambitions.<\/p>\n

Of the total expected production in Biskra<\/a>, the Deglet Nour variety alone is projected to reach 2.6 million quintals, accounting for nearly 60% of the entire volume. This overall performance represents a notable increase of approximately 100,000 quintals compared to the previous season. The harvest of early varieties has already commenced, with the peak effervescence for Deglet Nour expected from mid-October. Biskra, home to an estimated four million date palms, also diversifies its offerings with other prized varieties such as Ghars and Mch Degla.<\/p>\n
