This initiative forms part of <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-internal\" data-dzsl=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/dzwatch.dz\/?cat=1\">Algeria<\/a>&#39;s broader industrial dynamic aimed at bolstering local production capabilities, diversifying the industrial base, and reducing import dependency for widely consumed products. The hub, currently under realization, features five industrial units in various stages of construction.<\/p>\n<p>Spanning an area of three hectares, this specialized industrial and investment cluster is anticipated to create more than 500 direct employment opportunities across various professions upon becoming operational. The diverse range of products expected from these units includes school boards, whiteboard markers, paper, paper clips, modeling dough, envelopes, pencil cases, and bags, designed to meet a wide array of educational and administrative needs. This focused development will enhance the national supply of these goods, particularly in response to the consistent and increased demand observed during school entry periods and throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>Projects within the hub benefit from access to economic land via the investor&#39;s digital platform, alongside various fiscal and parafiscal incentives outlined in the investment law, ensuring a conducive environment for their rapid implementation. The decentralized single window in Bordj Bou Arreridj provides comprehensive support for investors, assisting with administrative procedures, concession contracts, establishment decisions, and building permits.
