This significant partnership prioritizes the local manufacturing of wagons for phosphate transport, aiming to strengthen the national railway sector and enhance the country&#39;s industrial capabilities. The agreement was signed by Abdelhalim Arrouche, CEO of ENCC, and Mounir Abbassi, General Director of Ferrovial, with Sa\u00efd Aaabat also present.<\/p>\n<p>A core objective of this strategic collaboration is to achieve a national integration rate exceeding 70% in the production of specialized railway equipment. This initiative is designed to reduce Algeria&#39;s reliance on imported railway components, thereby bolstering the nation&#39;s industrial sovereignty.
