President Abdelmadjid Tebboune<\/a> has made a series of complementary appointments within the ranks of walis, delegated walis, and general secretaries of wilayas. These appointments, announced on Thursday by the Ministry of Interior<\/a>, Local Authorities and Transport, were made in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution, signifying continued adjustments to national governance structures.<\/p>\n

Among the key appointments, Mr. Abdelkrim Bettioui has been named wali of Biskra, and Mr. Lakhdar Seddas has been appointed wali of Na\u00e2ma. Additionally, Mr. Rabah Mourad Yeza assumes the role of delegated wali for the administrative district of Bouzar\u00e9ah in Algiers, further strengthening local leadership within the capital region.<\/p>\n
