The regulator clarified that "Numival Capital" has not submitted any requests for the necessary accreditations or authorizations to its services. Consequently, COSOB stated that Numival Capital is not authorized to operate or present itself as a stock exchange intermediary, nor is it permitted to engage in investment fund management activities. The authority stressed that the exercise of these regulated activities is contingent upon obtaining prior approvals or authorizations mandated by current regulations, noting that registration in the commercial register alone does not confer the right to perform regulated activities.<\/p>\n
