He specifically mentioned the Jabalia refugee camp as one of the hardest-hit areas, where approximately 50,000 people have been forced to flee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Basic services have been disrupted or completely halted,&#8221; Lazzarini said, &#8220;including our UNRWA health center. Only two water wells remain operational.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He accused Israeli occupation forces of employing tactics that include deliberate attacks on civilian infrastructure and obstructing vital humanitarian aid to force people to flee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lazzarini stressed that international humanitarian law is unequivocal, stating that civilians must not be forcibly displaced and must always be protected.
